Rover is a wonderful dog that needs someone who will have the patience to train him in a positive manner. He has had issues with some of the dogs in the shelter. He's very strong boy and not the greatest on leash. Again, with a little patience, understanding, training, he could make someone a wonderful companion.

Rover is currently intact, but will be neutered prior to placement.
